Congratulations to Randolph Construction Group who partnered with Gulf Building and Newbold Construction on building Heron Estates in Riviera Beach.
It was a desire for over 20 years that required lots of prayer, press conferences, planning, permitting, performance, and partnership. Here now in 2020, we present to you Heron Estates, an affordable senior housing community. It took many dedicated, hardworking individuals and organizations to make this palatial like building complete with all its amenities. On January 22nd at 10am many gathered to celebrate the much anticipated Grand Opening of Heron Estates where Gulf Building, Newbold Construction and Randolph Construction Group received an award and acknowledgement for building this senior apartment community complete with a pristine pool, workout room, study center, lounge area, and recreation park.
